Our Story
It started in a 1970s Winnebago.
Before there was a roaster and a counter, there was a vintage camper van parked on the side of the road — pulling espresso and handing fresh cannoli through the window to anyone who stopped. Word travelled fast around Collingwood, and the line kept growing.
Today we've traded the open road for a permanent home in the Home Hardware lot on High Street, but the spirit hasn't changed: small-batch coffee, made by hand, served with a smile. We roast our beans on-site over real wood, fill our cannoli to order, and treat every cup like it matters.
